A Place To Bury Strangers – “You Still Love Me”

A Place To Bury Strangers’ 2009 album ‘Exploding Head’ was acclaimed by fans and critics alike, but one of the songs that didn’t make it onto the US release was “You Still Love Me.” After speaking with APTBS about it, we agreed that fans needed to hear the song.

Frontman Oliver Ackermann told us, “It’s a track which uses guitar sounds that are at higher frequencies than recorders can pick up. You get some of that sound that wouldn’t even be picked up. I think that’s kind of neat because even though there’s the absence of audio… you kind of get the essence. Enjoy the high frequency guitars and turn it up!”

A Place To Bury Strangers are about to hit the road for a mini-tour centered around their performances at SXSW. Their full SXSW schedule has been released — check it out below so that you can catch them if you are in Austin this year.
