Textures and The Ocean will be embarking on a co-headlining tour later this year. Joined by opening act Aliases, the UK trek kicks off November 24 in Southampton and will wrap up on December 2 in Brighton.
Textures guitarist Bart Hennephof remarked, “Yes, finally it’s time to do some shows again! After this long period in the studio we really want to get back on the road! It has been a while since we were in the UK, so get ready for some brutal live shows! With our friends from The Ocean and Aliases each night will be a party! We are back, stronger than ever!”
Guitarist Robin Staps from The Ocean commented, “We’re looking forward to returning to UK shores with our old buddies from Textures for a number of headlining shows with full production and set time. This will be a good way to end our massive 4-months world tour in support of our “Heliocentric” and “Anthropocentric” double-album, which has lead us to North America and Europe this spring, and will continue through China and Russia this fall.”
Textures’ upcoming album is expected to be released this fall through Nuclear Blast. Aliases will release their debut EP in August via Basick Records.
