Thee Oh Sees to Release New Album on June 14

San Francisco-based garage rock outfit Thee Oh Sees have announced details regarding their forthcoming LP ‘Castlemania.’

The new album, which is the follow-up to the group’s 2010 album ‘Warm Slime,’ will drop on June 14 via In the Red Records.

In a press statement, frontman John Dwyer remarked, “I guess there is a theme going on in this record. It’s shit I didn’t realize while making it—songs about bad things, packaged in a summery record about getting numb to life and its little pleasures as you take it for granted with age.”

With news of the upcoming album, the band also revealed the addition of Lars Finberg of The Intelligence to their lineup. And, according to the band’s most recent press release, you can expect yet another full-length in the fall.
