Behemoth to Reissue Two EPs

Polish blackened death metal band Behemoth will reissue two out of print EPs, ‘Conjuration’ and ‘Slaves Shall Serve,’ as a 2CD set entitled ‘Abyssus Abyssum Invocat.’ The remastered EPs include new artwork and bonus tracks and will be released on June 7 in the US through Metal Blade Records and on May 16 in Europe via Peaceville Records.

“‘Conjuration’ and ‘Slaves Shall Serve’ represents more [sic] experimental side of Behemoth’s nature,” noted frontman Nergal in a statement. “Apart from live versions and studio songs from [sic] ‘Demigod’ and ‘Zos Kia Cultus’ era, you can find us challenging ourselves with covers of such acts like Nine Inch Nails, Nefilim, or Danzig among others.”

‘Abyssus Abyssum Invocat’ marks Behemoth’s first release since the 2010 live DVD/CD ‘Evangelia Heretika.’
