A Place to Bury Strangers – “So Far Away” (School of Seven Bells Remix)

School of Seven Bells have put their own twist on A Place to Bury Strangers’ track “So Far Away.” The original song comes from APTBS’ new EP, ‘Onwards to the Wall,’ which was released on February 7 via Dead Oceans. Grab the remix below, courtesy of Spin.

In other news, APTBS recently confirmed that drummer Jay Space and the band have parted ways. Robi Gonzalez will be taking over drumming duties on APTBS’ upcoming tour.

The group issued the following statement:

“As some of you may know, Jay Space is no longer playing drums in A Place to Bury Strangers. We salute Jay as having been such an important part of the band and continues to be very much loved friend and brother. We wish him all the best for the future. For the upcoming US/European tour dates, we are super excited to be bringing on Robi Gonzalez (Jubilee, Trouble Andrew) as our drummer. We are chomping at the bit to get back on the road and can’t wait to see all of our awesome fans again!”
